Notes and examples of 1st conditional
Kinesthetic activity where one student is the IF, and another the WILL. Students create sentences using their sentences and the IF and WILL. Students can also move around so that the WILL statement is first and the IF statement is second. Note that IF and WILL are never together though.
Students complete worksheet
Students match pictures to health vocabulary
Teacher prints and cuts out health sayings and hands out to students
On the board, students tape them under the correct column: illness or remedy. Then as a class, students assist teacher or student helper in matching each illness with the correct remedy and creating first conditional sentences. OR Teacher can print out a set for each student and have them match together at their desks in pairs. Follow up with worksheet or quiz
