Use this two-page form as a getting-to-know you activity or after the class returns from a long vacation.
The first page is designed to help you pre-teach the activity. Learners brainstorm their vacation activities and write them down. This is great for shy learners who are reluctant to speak without first writing their responses.
In the second page, students use their speaking skills to ask their classmates what they did on vacation. For a strong class, you can use just the second page. If you are teaching this activity to a new class, I would recommend jumping in so you can start learning their names as well!
