Are you looking for a quick and easy NO PREP way to see what your students know about your unit of study?
A Textbox Summary is a summary of the main ideas of the unit with key words missing; a textbox contains those words and names, scrambled up.
They can be used as formative assessments for students at the end of each unit and before the summative assessment.
This Textbox Summary is for the unit on the Early Republic. It allows students the ability to demonstrate their knowledge of this period in history. Also, it enables them to see what they know, as well as what they do not know prior to the unit test.
All of my products are available in both a pdf version and an editable version. I include an overview of how the product may be used, along with any variations I have tried. An answer key is also provided.
