Earth Day. This Earth Day Unit concentrates on the 5 R's Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Rot. Follow along with the Earth Day 5 R's team as they explore how to Refuse what they do not need, Reduce what they do use, Reuse items creatively, Recycle as a last resort and Rot (compost) the rest.
In this unit there is an earth day mini-book with each R Character explaining the R's as Refuse-It Renee, Reduce-It Randy, Reuse-It Rita, Recycle-It Ryan, and Rot-It Roxy.
