Welcome to Art Bursts! A simple way to incorporate art into the classroom.
This lesson is an Art Burst - holiday edition. These lessons can be taught by a classroom teacher, substitute teacher, parent or volunteer. Basic art supplies and easy instructions make these successful in any classroom. They can be taught in a short time frame and are appropriate for elementary grades. Your students will create stunning art to decorate classroom walls for Earth Day.

Art materials needed:
-newspaper, old magazines and catalogs
-black paper, 8 1/2 x 11' or larger
