Earth Day Environment Food Web Lesson w 10 video links
This is a lesson that discusses Earth Day, the impact we have on the environment, the history of Earth Day, ways to improve our environment, food webs, and several different concepts that all work together.
This lesson is geared for kindergarten through upper intermediate grades. You can rearrange or delete slides to fit the developmental level of your students. The lesson will take at least 30-45 minutes, depending on the amount of discussion that you generate.
It has 22 slides and a master slide to utilize to create any additional ones that you would like to add to the presentation. There are links to 10 different videos that support and explain the concepts that you are teaching. Some work best for younger students. Others work best for older ones. You can pick and choose which will work best for you. It is easily customizable to allow you to teach this lesson to many different grade levels.
The PowerPoint is customizable and includes notes to support you in your lesson. The presentation includes both animations and transitions to hold your students' interest. Make your lesson come alive for your students and help them to connect to the concept in a fun way that will help them to remember the important lessons you need for them to remember.
