Earth Day Word Search Puzzle (Fun yet challenging)

Hi folks,

This word search puzzle celebrates Earth Day!

It can be used to keep early finishers busy, or as a way to introduce your students to environmental sustainability vocabulary.

Yes it is a no prep resource...but it can used as a springboard to start further conversations about the environment. You could ask your students to explain why certain words are on the list.

Example: "Why is planting a tree on this list?" Try to get the students to explain the significance of this in their own words.
