Each day at the start of class my students are expected to answer a Bellwork question. Bellwork questions are open-ended questions and may ask about vocabulary words, major concepts, preview of what we are going to learn, review of homework/past class, or may ask students to make connections and/or explain.
This file is a list of bellwork questions used in my Earth and Space Science class. This class is a high school, upper level (10-12th grade) elective. The major topics covered in class include units on:
Formation of the Earth
Rocks & Minerals
Atmosphere and Climate
Formation of the Solar System & History of Astronomy
Planets and Moons
Sun & Stars
Exoplanets & Life in Space
Scientific Method & Labs
This 5 page document is the compilation of Bellwork questions from several different years of teaching Earth & Space Science. The document is organized with questions under major topic headings. There are just over 100 questions included in the document. Questions range from simple preview/general knowledge questions to complex, topic-specific review questions.
For $4 you will receive a 5 page Word document with 100+ Earth & Space Science Bellwork questions. You will be able to edit it as you choose.
If you have any questions - I'd prefer you ask me BEFORE purchasing rather than leaving less than flattering feedback after purchasing. :)
