This 80 slide PowerPoint presentation covers 10 questions on the topics of the Earth in space.
Main points include: how Earth moves through space (rotation & revolution), seasons, forces that keep Earth in orbit (gravity and inertia), phases of the moon, how we see the moon by reflected sunlight, solar eclipses, lunar eclipses, and tides (spring & neap).
Simple and easy to use. Can be used with Cornell notes. Great for middle school or introductory high school courses. As always, I try to include as many images as possible for relevant examples.
