PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

These PowerPoint 2013 (.pptx) lecture notes cover our changing views on the movement of the Earth's crust. Starting with Alfred Wegener and continental drift and finishing with the theory of Plate Tectonics and the different types of plate boundaries, these notes give students a good primer for tectonic theory. Lecture was designed for use in an AP Environmental Science class, but would work in an Earth Science class as well.

Product includes a student notesheet with blanks to fill in as they view the presentation.
