Unit II "Rocks and the Rock Cycle" zip file folder includes two comprehensive PowerPoint lessons with corresponding student worksheets; three review programs (one program provides a brief description that helps with the rock lab that is included with the student activities) with color PDF worksheets; assessments (PDF and Word) and other worksheets/activities including a comprehensive webquest Internet student review.
PowerPoint lessons contain many graphics and at least two links to short videos for each lesson to further student understanding.
PowerPoint slides also contain notes for the instructor based on students most "frequently asked questions" or FAQ's to help clarify the subject.
A class activity is included at the end of each lesson and a 20-question interactive quiz/review at kahoot.it is also included as a link in the last slide of each PowerPoint program.
