First PowerPoint lesson in the unit on "Plate Tectonics." This lesson explores the concepts of continental drift theory.
A class activity (suggested) is included at the end of the lesson. A separate student note guide (worksheet) is available for this lesson as well.
PowerPoint lessons contain many graphics and two links to short videos to further student understanding and a 20-question interactive quiz/review at kahoot.it is also included as a link in the last slide.
PowerPoint slides also contain slide-sorter notes for the instructor based on student most "frequently asked questions" or FAQ's to help clarify the subject.
