"Earth Sciences - Earth is composed of land, air, and water. Knowledge Indicators - The teacher:

7H. Students know how to identify resources from Earth that are used in everyday life and understand that many resources can be conserved."

First PowerPoint lesson in the unit on minerals. PowerPoint lessons contain many graphics and links to short videos relating to the topic. A class activity - lab; video or other activities - are included at the end of each lesson and a 20-question interactive quiz/review at kahoot.it is also included as a link in the last slide.
PowerPoint slide notes are added to aid in instructor presentation.
