Have your students ever gone on an Easter Egg hunt? If not, they will enjoy this Easter activity where the student chooses an egg (from a bin of easter grass or other green filler) with their sound, produces it and keeps it until the activity is completed. There are 12 eggs and pictures for the sounds of /b, d, f, g, k, l, m, p, r, s, t,/ in all positions, final /ing/, as well as /l/, /r/ and /s/ blends. Pictures are placed on the back of the eggs for the perfect egg hunt! Lamination of eggs is optional.
These eggs can also be used to build vocabulary, describing, categories, as well as grammar.
Provide your students with a fun, colorful activity focused on their individual sounds. Sensory bins can be made for individual use or many sounds placed in a bin. Eggs can also be placed around your therapy room or classroom which will be a great discrimination activity!
Don't forget to leave feedback if you enjoy this activity. You will receive credits for future purchases and sellers like myself will get to hear what you think.
