This Easter themed resource provides fun and inviting math centers for your learners to practice counting quantities to 12. This packet has 5 Count and Clip Card activities. There are 12 clothespin clip cards for each activity. There is a set of Easter pictures to count and a choice of three numerals printed on each clothespin clip card. Learners count the pictures in the set and clip a clothespin to the numeral that corresponds with the number of Easter pictures in the set. The graphics include bunny rabbits, eggs, baskets, baby chicks, and lambs.
These activities are great for morning tubs, early finishers, math centers, independent practice, take home practice, and informal assessment.
Print, laminate, and cut out the clothespin clip cards. You will need 12 clothespins for each set of cards.
Learners count the pictures and clip a clothespin on the correct numeral or they can use dry erase markers to circle the correct numeral. You may opt to make these cards self-checking by writing the answer on the back or marking a dot on the back at the correct spot.
These cards help learners develop numeracy and support the Math Common Core Standards for Counting and Cardinality.
The graphics used in this packet are from Whimsy Clips and My Cute Graphics.
