Description

Do you have tons of rubber stamps or stickers?

Use your stash of rubber stamps or stickers in your speech and language therapy sessions to create a unique (and sometimes silly) Easter story.

Great as a carryover activity for articulation and fluency! (and this one is FULL of /s/ and /r/ sounds!)

Have students read the story one sentence at a time and use their choice of rubber stamp/sticker to fill in the blanks. Listen as they apply their articulation and fluency strategies, and have them share their stories aloud in the therapy room or with their teachers.

You can have them highlight their sounds in the story for visual cues if needed. Then the story can go home as "speech homework."

see my blog at www.puttingwordsinyourmouthbymia.blogspot.com for more!! I'd love to hear how it works for you and your students!
