Students will use their knowledge of Eastern European history for this search and rescue activity. Each lettered paper is scattered around the room. Each student will have their own answer key for this activity. On each page is an answer (the top part of the page) and a question (in the box at the bottom of the page). As you can see the question and answer do not go together. The students will start at different pages around the room. They will first read the question in front of them. They will then look around the room to find the answer of the question in front of them. Once they have located the answer, they will move to that paper. They will record their answer in the corresponding letter box. The students will then read the question in front of them and repeat the steps. When they are finished, they should have a response in all boxes on their answer sheet. For fun, I like to post these different papers in odd places, the project on the ceiling, tape it to my back, on a weird corner, ect.
