Product Description
In this article, I've taken some time to go a bit deeper than the typical "just the facts" approach that we as educators are often incentivized to take. Specifically, this article lays out in casual prose a big picture outlook on Eastern religious philosophies like Hinduism and Buddhism as well as the centrality of meditation within these traditions!

As we all know or should know, the 'factory' or 'banking' model of education is obsolete. Regurgitating facts and vocabulary alone isn't what makes for an educated human being in the 21st century. I take that to heart when attempting to write for my students!
