Do you need an easy but effective template that is strategically designed to help students master standards with at least 85% or above accuracy? Do you have students that complete assignments early? Do you have parents that want to help their child at home, but do not know specifically how to help or what to work on? Then, this is a must have template. I call it the Strategic Learning Intervention Plan (SLIP). My students receive a SLIP Plan every 4 weeks (after mid-term and nine weeks assessments). When it is time to take the state mandated assessment, you will know specifically what to work on, and your students will be ready to take the assessment.
We conduct our analysis and color code standards as a class.
Students work on their SLIP Plan during center rotations, tutoring, and at home.
I use the Study Island Online Program (not endorsing), however this plan can be used with whatever standard-based program you use with your students.
Example Only: The red indicates what you would need to work on as an overall class.
Feel free to edit template to your state's curriculum framework or to the CCSS standards.
