Product Description
This is a super easy Egg Cookery Rubric I use at the end of an egg unit to assess my students.
Give them a time frame and have each student produce each type of egg PLUS points for cleaning up. A total of 20 points on the rubric.

Preparations include:
Poached
Scrambled
Omelet
Sunny Side Up
Hard Cooked

If you don't have a lot of class time, just keep this handy on a clipboard and take them a few at a time over several days. There is space for 9 students on each page, so print as many as you need.

If I can find something wrong with it, the egg gets a 2. Kind of a disaster, but still something on the plate, they get a 1. Nothing to show? Zero points. If I can't nitpick anything they get 3 points.
