The FBA/ Behavior Monitoring Data Helper is extremely easy to use and will assist you when having to record disruptive classroom behaviors. You will find it very useful when completing a Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA), or while preparing for an IEP meeting. It could be used to compile data on any student with disruptive behavior in regular education or special education. Simply enter data on target behaviors into the spreadsheet and you will have some fantastic graphs and charts to share at a meeting. The data helper is designed to monitor one student's behavior on individualized target behaviors and will generate graphs to describe the student's performance. Thirty data helpers are included to be used with up to thirty students! Also included is a paper version so data can be recorded on paper and easily entered into the spreadsheet to generate graphs and charts for your meeting. You can monitor up to four types of disruptive behaviors (target behaviors) in up to six classes or settings. The Data Helper will save you lots of time when preparing for a meeting, or completing a Functional Behavioral Assessment.
Good luck taking data on your students!
