A fun pop up bear card activity for kids – this card can be customised for any occasion, but is particularly cute for Valentine’s Day/ Mother’s Day and as a birthday card! Learn how to make a basic “face” shaped pop up card – once they have learnt this technique, children can turn any basic shape into a pop up card for future designs and ideas. Here we show you how to make a lovely bear pop up card – and include a template/ speech bubbles for those wishing to use them.
Please note: the printable is for the “inside” bear only. There are two options – a bear with heart features and a bear with plain features. Children can choose to mix and match. There are no additional hearts or balloons in the template, these are for the kids to design and cut. If you want to re-use template for the small “outside” bear, print it in “half size” and cut down to size. Speech bubbles and puns included.
This is a fun seasonal activity but can also be use all year round, which is great for mindfulness time, creating something the children can be proud of and give to family and friends.
