Product Description
There are six different worksheets in this bundle. There is a set for regular education students and a second set for students who require modified instruction according to their IEP or 504 plans. The modified set has reduced questions, equations for energy calculations and multiple choice questions. Both sets have the teacher’s key included.

Trophic Elements 1: Students will identify the organisms as producers, consumers, detritus, carrion, scavengers or detritivores. Students will also add the energy arrows into two different food chains.

Trophic Elements 2: Students will color the organisms according to their trophic levels. Not all the organisms will be colored in, only the ones specified. These instructions help to assess if the students properly comprehend the written instructions. Students will also add energy arrows into the food web. There are different plausible answers so, I would simply check to make sure the students’ answers make sense.

Energy Pyramids: Students will calculate the energy at the various trophic levels. Students will label the trophic levels, identify the ecosystem and account for the energy lost at each level.

Food chains: Student will fill in a chart to help them understand sequential vocabulary words. These words will help them when labeling the three different food chains’ organisms below. The levels go beyond quaternary for enhancing the understanding of trophic levels.

Food webs 1 and 2: Students have two different food webs they will answer questions about. On the second page they will also need to try and devise what type of organism can fit into the empty food wen spaces. Students will have different answer choices, so I looked for what made the most logical sense.
