PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Teaching your students about capital, human, and natural resources? Use this 8 page printable book, 24 picture task cards, and a quick assessment to make planning a breeze!

Use the printable book to introduce the three types of resources. Create a class set of books or print only a few to use in small groups or a reading center.

Print task cards to allow students time to apply and practice their understanding of the three types of resources. Use the picture task cards and recording sheet in a classroom scoot or use page 20 for a small group “Showdown” activity. After using these picture task cards, print sorting headers on page 21 and leave it in the center for continuous review and practice.

After reading the book and practicing with the picture cards, assess students understanding of the three types of resources by choosing from three differentiated assessments.
