This 9 page packet contains everything you need to conduct a lesson on the the Free Enterprise System.Your students will learn the 7 features of the Free Enterprise System: Voluntary Exchange, Competition, Economic Freedom, Contracts, Self-Interest, Profit motive, and Private property. They will also examine excerpts from the US Constitution and Bill of Rights to understand how the government regulates the Free Enterprise System. In this activity, your students will:
1) Watch a 4 minute video on the Free Enterprise System (YOUTUBE) to introduce them to the system.
2) Work in groups to create a short skit that will teach the class their assigned "feature".
3) Complete a chart that will allow students to organize the information learned from the skits and to apply their learning.
