Editable "All About Me" Sheet for Teachers, Paraprofessionals and Therapists

This editable (in PPT format) "All About Me" one-sheeter is a great way to give paraprofessionals, specials teachers, general education teachers and therapists working with students with disabilities important information about kiddos.
