Even though I take attendance digitally, I really prefer to have a hard copy of attendance on hand. I'm sure it never happens to you, but sometimes our internet is out or the attendance website isn't working, and it is nice to have a backup ready to go. I can see patterns in absences much more readily when it is all on one page. It also makes it easy to do a quick check if administration calls and wants to know if someone was in class on a specific date.
This fully-editable attendance record is designed for schools that run on four 9-week quarters. You can type in your students' names, and it is easy to make adjustments when your class roster changes.
All of the hard, annoying work is done for you. There is room for up to 30 students per class, and each 2-page spread allows you to record attendance for one 9-week quarter. You can update the file with your specific school dates and use whatever font you like.
I have used KG Drops of Jupiter font. If you want to use it, you can get it free for personal use. All of the KG fonts are available here: https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Store/Kimberly-Geswein-Fonts
