I keep it on a clipboard and keep it with me all the time. Students' information is kept private and you can see which students need more help and support. Fill in students' names first, then run copies. There's space for a date under each day of the week and a place for notes. You can choose to use simple symbols such as stars and checkmarks to note positive and negative behaviors or use the included codes to track more specific behaviors. I've used this system successfully in grades K-8.
