Do your students need repetitive name spelling practice?
This little book comes with a page for a boy, and a page for a girl. It is a power point presentation, so just make sure you are in normal view, mouse over the little slides on the left and select "duplicate slide" to make more pages to match the number of students you have in your class. Type student names on the table provided, cut into strips, then distribute for students to spell their name. You will need five names per student since the song states the name five times. There is also a page to print for students to do a class graphing activity to see who has the most letters or the least letters in their name. You determine how you will use the graph. Print two pages if you want everyone to write names of the entire class on the graph. I print two of the spelling activities! One for students to take home, and one to make a class book out of. This is a fun cut/paste and spelling activity for those very important first weeks of kindergarten (or preschool)!
