Teachers can put a stamp, sticker, check mark, 'X', or a star if student meets his or her goal. Sheets can be edited for their reward schedule and reward. Some students may need a reward after meeting both goals in 1 subject and sometimes maybe just 1 goal per subject. Find out what will be the easiest reward options.. something small per subject and bigger when they meet for half or a whole day.
Use system for a minimum of 2-3 weeks before you rule out if it does not work. You may need to adjust the target goal, reward schedule, or incentives.
Eventually, the reward schedule will change to less frequent.
