This is the perfect tool to keep track of how well your students are understanding core content areas. Anecdotal notes are great but let's face it sometimes it easier to circle than writing something down. I use a number system in my classroom therefore this comes in handy throughout the week. I included the key at the top to help you mark down not just those students who are struggling but also those who are on target and who are great model students. You could print a new page each week or you can place it in a sheet protector to use it over and over. Enjoy!
