Organize your classroom books so kids know where to find books (and put them away). Engaging pictures will help emergent readers and kids new to English read the labels while learning. Double win for better class organization and increased student learning.
These super easy to use labels are just a print and cutting job away from labeling your shelves, bins, or drawers. 3 types of labeling systems are included plus an editable powerpoint to customize your labels and make anything else you may need while still matching the rest of the labels.
❄❄Here’s what you’ll get in this set:
subject labels for genre or category organization
editable labels to organize by author or book study. (Note: due to author trademarks on their names this does not come preloaded with author names but the editable template and instructions are included to allow you to customize to your heart's content.)
level cards to use A-Z reading leveled systems
❹ editable labels
for each organization type to help you gleefully customize away. (This is a powerpoint file.)
These labels were created when I got tired of my classroom library always being messy. Once I used these labels, students were able to both find exactly the type of book they wanted quickly (i.e. less books pulled off the shelf=less mess) and able to return books to the same organized area. It made my classroom library function 100% better for both me and my students.
