Use these editable desk name tags (9.75 " x 3.75") in your upper elementary math class. These desk name plates help students with their math facts, place value, number sense, and fractions while playing math games or working on math pages. This is a PPT file.

Each name plate has a multiplication chart, number line (by 10s to 100), place value up to the millions, fraction bars, greater and less than symbols and of course a place to type student names.

There are four different name plate designs:

1. black background with color graphics

2. gray background with b&w graphics

3. black and white

4. white background with color graphics

There are 30 of each design included, but feel free to "duplicate slide" to add more if needed.

Be sure to read the READ FIRST document included with the download. You need to check the box that says "Scale to Fit Paper" when printing.
