Looking for some easy-to-use game templates for math stations?
One of the most daunting aspects of using math stations in the classroom is having enough materials to fill the buckets. Using predictable and familiar activities is one of the best ways to increase on-task behavior during stations. To help meet this goal, this pack provides easy-to-use templates for games and activities that allow teachers to just fill-in the content, print, and go.
This pack can be used in multiple ways. The file has been saved as a “PowerPoint Picture Presentation” to allow teachers the opportunity to utilize the templates in a way that meets their needs and also preserves the integrity of the work of the designers who have shared their fonts and clipart. With that said, there are two easy ways to use this pack:
* The easiest way is to print the templates and write-in the content, like math facts, computational problems, or word problems, which matches the skill you are practicing during stations.
* The second way is to open the PowerPoint file, insert textboxes on top of the template in the correct place, and type the math facts, computational problems, or word problems that you want to use.
This pack includes five, black-and-white, easy-to-use, editable templates for math stations. Directions for use of each template are included. In addition, this pack also includes a simple task sheet that is editable and can be used to create a uniform set of directions for each station task.
The templates are presented in black and white but would look great on colored cardstock!
