Programmable and editable Monthly Newsletter Templates Featuring Graphics from Creative Clips by Krista Wallden!!!

This ZIP file contains 90 Microsoft Word Documents and 3 PDF files. There are 22 original monthly newsletters available in multiple formats. Each original newsletter is available in a “color” and a “black and white” version, as well as a “color” and “black and white” version without a “month heading”- in case you wish to use them for other purposes. These newsletters feature adorable graphics by Krista Wallden. These newsletters are not heavy on graphics in an effort to make printing more economical, as you can see in the preview images.

Also included are: a blank newsletter template and an additional newsletter template page (the additional page does not contain graphics but is optional to use if you need more than one page.)
Together the 22 Newsletters (in 4 different formats as stated above) plus the 2 blank templates makes 90 documents- Please don’t be confused and think there are 90 different templates! If you have any questions please ask before you buy!

The monthly Word Newsletters have a text box for each section so that you can add your own information and format it however you like using Microsoft Word. That means you can change the type of font being used, the color, and the size. You also have the ability to add additional graphics or text boxes using Word.
***Please note: I am finding that some MAC computers will not have the text boxes automatically show up when you download the templates BUT because it is in WORD you can add them yourself.

***HINT- choose to insert graphics and text boxes with the “through” text wrapping setting or the “in front of text” text wrapping setting or they will go behind the newsletter graphic and will be hard to pull forward.

***Please note: If you choose to distribute the newsletters electronically as a “Word Document” you may lose some of your formatting, as other computers may not have the same fonts on them as you, this is usually only an issue if you are using fancier fonts, regular computer fonts usually most people have like Arial, Times New Roman, Century Gothic…etc. To avoid any issues I suggest converting your files to a PDF when you have finished formatting them and distributing them as PDF files electronically.

I have included multiple themes for some of the months based on popular holidays and events. ***Please note: not all months have multiple themes as not all months have popular holidays.
Months/Themes included are:
January- Sledding Bears
February- Reading, Valentine’s Day
March- Kites, St. Patrick’s Day, Easter
April- Spring, Easter
May- Flowers
June- Beach
July- Sailing, Patriotic
August- School Starts, Star Kids
September- School Bus, Apples
