Deliver classroom news in style! These editable newsletter templates make it easy to change your format as often as your mood. Included are themed templates for each month as well as 5 weekly templates that fit any season. They come in PDF format and are editable a couple different ways:
This is the best option, in my opinion. Open the PDF in Photoshop and edit each text box as desired. You can change the font style and size to meet your needs. The background of the newsletter is flattened so only the text boxes are editable.
- Microsoft Word
I understand that not everyone has Photoshop. If you prefer to work in Word, open up the blank template that you want. The blank newsletters have no text boxes. You will create a new text box, drag it where you want, and resize it as necessary. There is no August newsletter in this format (This template looks like a newspaper and is all text boxes. If you delete the text boxes, there is nothing left!).
- Adobe Reader
This is probably the default program your computer will use if you open up a template directly from the folder. As explained above, open up a blank newsletter, which has no text boxes. Click on the Sign/Add Text icon on the toolbar. Then click Add Text. You will be able to create a text box that you can edit as necessary.
There may be other ways to edit these newsletters, but these are the programs I am familiar using. Please make sure you have one of these programs before you purchase.
There are also colorized versions of all 12 months and 4 of the weekly templates. Print and send home the newsletters or save as a PDF and email to your parents.
I hope you enjoy the variety as much as I do! Have a happy day!!
