This editable parent letter is a great tool for keeping parents informed of their child's progress throughout the year. In-between parent conferences and report cards, send this letter home to stay in touch with parents. Editable fields include the student name, teacher name, dates, subject areas and teacher comments. In the teacher comments/data spaces, let parents know their child's current performance levels and provide tips for working at home. Parents must sign and return this letter and space for comments is available. This is great evidence/documentation of parent communication. After filling out the form, save a file for each student, so that as the school year goes on, you simply have to add recent data and re-print. You can send home 2 copies of the letter, one for parents to keep and one for them to return.
