Social stories are a great way to help high-functioning students with special needs learn to cope with various issues that crop up in the school environment. Though there are plenty of "free" resources online for social stories, those resources have their limitations. They may have a number of links that no longer work, the content stories they offer may be too generic for what you were looking for, or it may be difficult to find a story that addresses the specific issue your student is dealing with.
SOLUTION: the "Growing" Editable Social Stories bundle! This bundle contains social stories in .pdf form that address common issues faced by special needs students in regular and EC classrooms. Social stories work best if they are written on the student's instructional level and contain details that will personally resonate with that student. Since it's virtually impossible to buy social stories that are individualized to this extent, I've included all the PowerPoint files I used to develop the stories so you can edit them as needed!
As I add more social stories and their corresponding editable files to the bundle, the price of the bundle will go up. If you buy the bundle now, you get to download all stories I add to the bundle in the future at no extra cost! The bundle is currently priced at $12.00 for 15 social stories, so that's less than $1 a story.
