This is a substitute binder created by a teacher who subbed for over 2 years. You will notice that there are less pages in this binder than most. That is because NO ONE has TIME to read all 15 pages of CRAP before students start rushing into the classroom. Trust me! I hated getting huge sub binders and feeling like I had to read all of that before I could start. It's just not possible.
So, in this resource, you will find the same information, but in a much more condensed, easy to follow format. You don't need a page for each individual thing, you are giving far too much detail. Just put the needed information is as little words as possible.
I have given you an example for each area of what I leave for my subs, so you can see how to not get too wordy.
Remember, subs typically only have 15 minutes before kids enter the classroom, and in some cases, they come after the kids are already there. You want them to be able to get started as quickly as possible.
