I created this substitute packet after two years of being a substitute myself. To make this product, I drew on my experiences as a sub and made sure to include portions that I knew would have been helpful and much appreciated in my own substituting experiences. This product contains a variation of pages to help you build the best and most complete substitute information packet.
This product contains 70 pages in a PowerPoint format. You can print these slides on 8.5" x 11" copy paper. Print just the ones you need and forget the rest!
This packet comes with notes to you about how to edit the information in the packet, names of fonts I used so you can keep everything cohesive if you'd like, and suggestions for keeping this packet totally digital and still being able to share it with your guest teacher(s).
This packet's binder dividers/cover pages all feature a green chevron background with a decorate font.
Some divider pages come in multiple wordings so that you can choose the one you like best. For example, you could choose to make your cover page say "Substitute Binder," "Guest Teacher Binder," "Substitute Packet," "Guest Teacher Packet," or "Sub Tub." There are 28 total divider pages included in this packet.
Between the binder dividers/cover pages are information pages that you can fill in yourself, either with ink pen after printing or by typing the information onto the form. The information pages feature the same green chevron print and decorative font at the top of the page to keep everything cohesive. All information pages are editable. Simply click on the "edit me!" words at the top of each page to add your own information. Most white information pages have suggestions as to what you should consider including so that your guest teacher has the best day possible. There are 42 total editable pages, including two different feedback forms so you can figure out how the day went while you were gone.
