I’ve received requests for a reading log for years, so I set out to create something that is easy for teachers and students to use. My favorite part about these is the comprehension check. This is a quick activity students complete after reading a book.
Please make sure to look through the pages that are included. The first two templates are exactly like my originals. I left the quick activity part blank and editable so that you can customize that section for your class. This is a great area to differentiate those skills for some of your students. Please note that this resource is editable using PowerPoint™ and Keynote™.
The following three templates have a lot more flexibility if you’d like to change a lot of the text I included.
The last four pages are meant to be samples for you to refer to while you create your questions for your class. Please feel free to use them with your class. :-)
