If you struggle with trying to respond to 20 hands in the air in writing, this chart might make your life a little bit easier. It is chart that I created to hold the students account for editing their own writing pieces before publishing. This is also consistent with the commonly used editing marks in the English language, so it is easy for students to understand the use of each. You could also print out a poster-sized one as a visual aid in your classroom. I love it. I also found it helpful in teaching them the differences between revising (修改) and editing (编辑) in Chinese.
