Editing and Revising on a Ring: Independent Activities to Improve Writing

Editing and revising are two important parts of the writing process, but they can be tricky for children to understand. Your students will love editing and revising using the Editing and Revising Cards. Students read each card and look through their writing. This forces them to focus on one skill at a time. The Editing and Revising Cards can be used with any genre of writing. After students have completed all of the cards, they are ready to write their final copy!
