Editing for Students with Significant Disabilities

Editing for Students with Significant Disabilities
Product Description
These assessments are written for students with moderate to severe disabilities.

Many of my students were nonverbal and unable to write but were still required to show mastery of editing skills.

I used sentences that my students frequently would try to communicate through their ipads, PECS or dynavoxes. The repetitive nature gave them the opportunity to learn how to spell these sentences or punctuate them correctly.

These assessments are designed to meet the Virginia Alternative Assessment Standard for 8th graders.
