This is the template I use as a visual to explain the results of educational testing during evaluation meetings. I think it's a much more friendly tool than the typical bell curve and it's an excellent way to display and explain results of evaluations to parents, colleagues, and students.
This is an editable Excel chart that can be used to create a bar graph displaying results of evaluations. The names of tests, clusters, or other skills can be changed, along with the mean and average range. (Default is for a test mean of 100, average range of 85-115).
The green line is the mean, and the yellow range represents the average range, and both can be moved to adapt to the test(s) given. Colors of individuals bars can be changed to represent similar tests or results.
