I used this with my Pre-K 4-yr class.
Assemble a catapult with a coffee can (or other large cylinder), a meter stick, and a plastic cup. Each student picks an plastic Easter Egg and encourage them to name it something silly! Have them place their egg into the small plastic cup (cup should be securely taped to the end of meter stick) and stomp on the stick to launch it into the air. Give the students a tape measure or ruler and instruct them to measure the distance traveled.
Extra space is for pictures of the students performing the activity, which is optional.
Based on age group, students can fill out the sheet themselves.
Egg image is not mine.
