This PDF includes one center.
This simple center is designed to help kids determine the relationship between halves and wholes. Through this center, the kids will take a specified number of halves of plastic eggs (based on the card), put the halves together, and determine how many wholes are equivalent to the number of halves they had. This center is aligned with the common core state standards 4.NF.1 and 4.NF.3. However, this could also be used in other grades as well to increase fluency, challenge students in younger grades, or to help students who struggle in higher grades.
Note: You will need to buy plastic eggs to use with this center (I used plastic Easter eggs because they're cheap). Obviously they couldn't be included in an electronic download!
