This lab idea includes instructions and my personal tips as well as recipes with equipment/ingredient list. Lab allows students to work in groups to prepare eggs 5 different ways. This is a great follow-up activity/lab for Egg Lesson. Groups display cooked eggs in an "egg showcase" that allows you to discuss each preparation. Great catalyst for discussion and Q&A. Ideal for Culinary Arts, Food, and Nutrition courses.
