Students are always excited to work with the Eiffel Tower puzzle. It represents something they are all familiar with. They love working together to build something ‘real’. With only 20 pieces, the puzzle is not overly complicated although it does require some patience and attention.
I created these puzzles for my unit on construction. I thought it would be a great way to get students thinking about the different elements that come together to create a structure. The puzzles also draw students’ attention to various shapes and to patterns of symmetry.
This pack includes: an introduction, an Eiffel Tower fact sheet, a finished copy, 1 small puzzle, 1 large puzzle, a basic construction guide and a background sheet.
I hope your kids love it!
