I use these mini quizzes as a warm-up to see what my students remember. I hope they can be useful to you!

Here are 8 different mini quizzes. 6 of the quizzes have 3 questions each and 2 of the quizzes are math problems of just 1 question for a total of 20 different questions.There are 9 copies per page that need to be cut out/duplicated as needed.

Sample questions include:

What is the temperature danger zone?
Name two categories of people at high-risk for foodborne illness.
How many ounces are in a cup?
How many ounces are in 6 cups?
How many ounces are in 2 quarts?
What is the first step of the 2-step cooling process?
Solve for As Purchased Cost.
Solve for Yield Percent.
